Serviced two “Mortgage pools” of approximately 300 diversified loan securitized and backed by over $1.3 billion of commercial real estate assets including hotels, shopping centers, commercial office spaces and multifamily. monitored real estate tax payment and insurance renewal for escrowed accounts. • Developed case memorandum recommending appropriate action for the lease and credit committees for lease approvals, SNDAs, partial releases of collateral, franchise changes, loan term extensions and condemnations s • Performed and reviewed 100 to 300 inspections per year including 3rd party reports • Provided analytical support to the loan servicing group. Conducted comprehensive financial analysis and reported relevant ratios from income statements, P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements and budgets (consistently met rating agency requirements of 90% analyzed) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis • Produced monthly investor reports in accordance with PSA & CMSA guidelines (Watch List, CFSR)
