Daily Duties at Apr Contractors, Inc:
Liaised between customers, banks, financial institutions, and APR Contractors and advised customers regarding the application of their 203K construction loan. Ensured compliance with financial terms and construction agreements are met. Evaluated project performance factors, evaluated monthly Financial Statements, perform on site property inspections. Work with field project managers in making business decisions. Other duties included budgeting, construction draws, resolving and ensuring full financial compliance. • Coordinated year-end account reconciliation, balance sheet and general ledge for all projects • Assertively manage relationship with APR Contractor business partners, intermediary lenders, developers and financial institutions • Analyzed job cost and risk management effectively • Closed out projects on a timely basis and Coordinated / prepare final billing • Developed projects tracking system and fee recognition • Negotiated and approved construction contracts
