Led four asset managers and two supporting staff associates in servicing 2 "mortgage pools" of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac securitized loans backed by over $2.5 billion dollars of multifamily real estate as collateral for Master, Sub, and Special Servicer for approximately 500 loans. Managed real estate portfolio of various properties including Low income housing tax credit, Bond and senior living housing loans. • Analyzed operational information for impact on NOI, identify trends and recommend appropriate strategies and objectives. Minimized expenses through effective planning and control. • Increased efficiency of operations in department by preparing daily reports • Significantly improved investor reporting via development and implementation of Covenant tracking system • Tracked fee and revenue from various reporting tools • Prepared comprehensive quarterly and year end financial analysis for internal reporting and to investors • Conducted property site visits, reviewed third party, servicer reports and provided technical assistance • Ensured that real estate tax payments and insurance renewal are paid on time for escrowed loans
