Responsible for all management and servicing activities for a portfolio of loan facilities of $500+ Million of real estate for commercial and residential mortgage- backed securities loans comprises of single family,condominiums, offices and cooperative properties. Evaluated past and forecasted future property performance. Collected and analyze data regarding borrower’s performance. • Consistently managed delinquency rate to 5% or lower • Developed a site inspection form now used company- wide • Performed on site- visit inspections of single family, multifamily, hotels and shopping strip nationwide • Complied market data on over 50 major US metropolitan areas • Responsible for the management and resolution of mortgage loan delinquencies and defaults • Enhanced and implemented financial data request procedures for covenant compliance tracking • Increased efficiency in tenant improvement, lease administration and rent roll • Directed and coordinated the activities of tenant improvements services
