Established operating and financial goals for 40 locations in Oregon. Recruited, trained and managed six district managers and 2500 employees. Hired and developed four training managers. Directed and oversaw new store openings, budgeting, and inventory control. Conducted monthly and quarterly meetings to educate the general managers in understanding P&L statements and taking appropriate actions in line with their specific needs. Maintained accountability for quality, service, and goal achievement.
