Managed 5-year construction project, a 16K Sq. Ft. main home with 5 support buildings on 50 acres for one of the 3 founders of Apple. Tracked, managed, and directed all concrete foundation and surface slabs, crews, HR, claims, Workmen's Compensation issues, employee benefits, and risk management.
