Daily Duties at Giga Tronics, Inc.:
Assigned to increase sales by rebuilding the global sales, marketing, business development and technical support organizations while renegotiating contracts and redesigning the marketing and sales plans to counter declining market share and growing competition. Achieved this through proven business development procedures including department reorganization to match the new market segmentation programs and to better focus the internal and outside sales organizations. This included new multi-front promotional programs in Web 2.0 technologies, hosted applications, and viral marketing (social media) as well as a new multi-million dollar Demonstration Equipment Management Program. Defined and launched a new CRM (SalesForce.com) for cost and delivery time reductions.
