Responsible for developing training strategies for the more than 500 Retail & Corporate Sales Representatives. Responsible for conducting needs assessments, identifying trainings needs and developing training plans. Responsible for managing three training specialists. Responsible for the New Hire Orientation Program and development of existing employees. Responsible for developing and maintaining the Elearning Platform.
