Supported 6 managers and their subordinates totaling 42 people for nine years. • Responsible for all general office work including filing, phones, photocopying, maintaining calendars, screening calls, tracking inventory of office supplies, processing expense reports, and generating requisitions and purchase invoices for supplies and equipment. • Scheduled meetings, interviews, holiday events, and made travel arrangements for managers and all subordinates. • Attended group staff meetings, took meeting minutes, and distributed to the appropriate group(s). • Have a high level of confidentiality, organizational skills, and have the ability to meet all deadlines. • Supported the design for five databases for department tracking. • Reported statistics for the budgets on multiple cost centers in graphical and report format. • Maintained and updated a $2 million software budget and worked closely with software vendors resolving any discrepancies.
