Strategic account management was both an evalutionary and revalutionary concept in 2000 and I was tasked in handling this assignment by Andy Seidel, CEO and Founder of USFilter to establish relationship with stakeholders at CDM and MWH, garner their support and increase entitlements for companies technologies. During those days while USFilter had the technology group they also competed with EPC's such as CDM and MWH is alternative modes of delivery namely DB and DBO's and hence had a lot of friction points that needed to be resolved.
