Daily Duties at Fiserv:
Managed all project office functions for delivery services, product development and product maintenance/currency support projects for the GPS business unit of Fiserv. The total project office portfolio included over 550 active projects and an annual services revenue stream of over S23M. Responsible for the execution and management of over 100 external client facing projects. All external client services contracts were driven and approved by the project office. This included consolidating of the CheckFree and Fiserv project standards, services delivery and services revenue recognition activities into common processes. The customer satisfaction results have increased for 5 consecutive years. Managed the services delivery teams for all Payments products. Managed all monthly project forecasts and all services revenue recognition. Consolidated the Titan and Nautilus business units into to GPS Project Office and services delivery model. Memphis site executive.
