Coordinated safety and sanitation to ensure a safe clean work environment. Monitored shipping and receiving docks to ensure that product and processes flow freely. Created annual performance evaluation for Supervisor and clerical staff. Enforced Union and Non-Union policies. Demonstrated continuous problem analysis and decision making.
