Direct facility-wide structural and equipment capital improvement and preventive/corrective maintenance programs and projects in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Administer capital/operating budgets, finances, assets, cost controls, compensation, benefits, work orders, purchasing, inventory control, and accounting for optimum accuracy. Oversee housekeeping, grounds, security, and disaster recovery. Orchestrate project bidding and vendor contract awards. Review engineering plans for new construction, maintenance, and remodeling. Support emergency response, safety, and security programs with fire departments and local, state, and national law enforcement agencies.
