Implemented sales plans and targets to meet or exceed goals set for revenue growth, market penetration, membership in force and profitability, as determined by the AAA NCNU Field Sales Leadership Team. Coaches producers to implement sales driven dialog and to recognize opportunities to use that dialog in generating leads and closing sales. Generated developed and oversaw the follow-up on sales lead opportunities in order to focus sales force efforts on membership, revenue and profitability objectives. Participated in direct sales and/or service activities with customers. Provided all services and products within established standard operating procedures and in accordance with applicable laws and good business practices. Ensures compliance with AAA NCNU policies, standard operating procedures (SOP), standards and regulations in field location. conducts performance evaluations, conducts sales action plans/coaching, and performance management activities for staff.
