Daily Duties at Southwest Funding Group, Inc.:

Responsible for coaching/training team members to breakthrough sales and service results. Other roles include developing incentive and marketing plans, facilitation and development of training programs and hiring standards. My goal is to put structure and routines in place that drive sales, promote employee satisfaction and create an atmosphere of winning and success. Responsible for credit lending with experience in real estate, construction, agricultural, residential, commercial, and SBA lending. Problem solving and finding solutions has been the catalyst which propelled my success. Being analytical helps me manage people and drive people above and beyond expectations. Leading with integrity and a customer first attitude is a core character trait of mine. Credit lending and management experience (i.e..real estate, agricultural lending, residential,commercial, and SBA lending) underwriting, credit review and recent regulatory experience in financial institutions. Gifted in taking crisis situations and developing strategic revenue generating solutions. Extensive experience hiring, training and motivating 20+ Loan Officers. Responsible for Managing all aspects of sales, production and driving customer growth. Strong analytical skills with ability to problem solve and overcome obstacles in a time sensitive environment. Responsible for putting structure and routines in place that drives sales, promotes employee satisfaction and creates an atmosphere of winning and success. Track sales activities, provide sales forecasts, create and analyze metrics that drive results. Develop and implement sales initiative programs to drive sales/ product goals. Learn, know and be able to present all products.
