Daily Duties at Bayco Products:
Managed multiple re-implementation projects for underutilized portions of the current ERP system (Forecasting, Prepayment Vouchers, Non-Stock Purchase Orders). Presented CEO and CFO with strategy, budget and project plan for the implementation of the system upgrade to be completed 4th quarter 2010. Additional responsibilities included process re-engineering, cost accountant, inventory control, procurement and overall system support.
