Consulted on the environmental cleanup and demolition of a 40,000 sq. ft. Brownfield site to meet client’s needs and specifications. Met with local municipalities and participated in Q&A panel on Mixed Use Developments (SeaTac, Burien, Tukwila, and Des Moines). Required a positive attitude and excellent customer service ability while maintaining overall company profitability and client objectives.
