Daily Duties at Rreef Managment Company:
Asset Manager with approximately $410mill in total Institutional assets with strong management style and excellent customer service skills. Developed capital and operating budgets along with leasing and sale NPV analysis and negotiations with prospective tenants and commercial brokerage community. Managed consultant and contractor relationships for projects with significant independence and initiative. Involved in hiring of employees and contractors and able to work collaboratively with clients to design and meet expectations. Managed acquisition and dispositions of properties along with maintaining brokerage community relationships. Required networking of local businesses and brokerage community to help meet expectations and performance goals.
