Daily Duties at St. Peter Catholic Church:
Establish, develop, and currently administer to over 70 volunteer organizations with 1,000 volunteers for special events, programs, and functions within the parish and community at large. Recruit, hire, and train staff of volunteer leaders on all processes, procedures, and church protocol. Create, generate, and maintain schedules for all activities. Compose business correspondence, maintain files/records, and receive/place business calls. Created and instituted a detailed volunteer opportunities manual yearly that incorporates all guidelines and instructions for services provided. Fund-raising for each ministry. Updated and maintained information in detailed MS computer databases and programs.
