Daily Duties at Suncoast Motion Picture Company:
Responsible for 16 Suncoast Motion Picture stores, P&L, operations, merchandising and human resources management generating $12 million in sales annually. Involved in expansion and rollout of division including multi-unit responsibility for as many as 22 stores in four states. Achieved sales and profit goals with outstanding shrink and operating controls. Responsible for recruiting, training, and ongoing development of 150 team members. Maintained high standards in store presentation and customer service. Managed on-site sales events at major league professional sports events and conventions.
