• Take, place and fill orders for as many as 45 people at multiple tables simultaneously • Address concerns of customers in case of unfavorable circumstances • Assist other departments including kitchen crew and host desk in their duties • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick courteous service • Keep track of various stages of different tables • Remain positive and productive in a stressful environment • Trained other servers in these areas
