Daily Duties at Citi Group:
Assisted in the planning, writing, implementation and monitoring of projects; - Confirmed opportunity of project, consider feasibility, and identified preferred solutions. Put forward the business case, and started the project. - Evaluated and optimized preferred solutions which effected requirements and project scope, time, cost and quality objective. - Executed, monitored, and controlled the project management plan, and output deliverables by participation in project meetings, prepared status reports, updated changes, and assisted with risk management. - Finalized project deliverables and handed over to the sponsor and user. - Carried out final project reviews, and archiving project information before closing the project. Developed and maintained a strong working relationship with internal and external business contacts. Drafted and edited documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations and spreadsheets. Gathered all statistical information, derived from proprietary software on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; - Investigated major fluctuations of comparable information. - Prepared written reports on all information. - Prepared a graphical report for use during meetings. - Presented findings in executive meetings. Arranged domestic and international travels; - Booked flights, accommodation, and car rental. - Prepared itinerary. - Scheduled appointments, and managed complex executive calendars. - Checked on visa requirements, and medical requirements such as malaria medications etc before travel. Set-up formal and non-formal on- and off-site meetings including luncheons, and various company events. Scheduled meetings and conference calls. Assisted with preparing agendas, presentations, handouts and taking minutes as needed. Ensured that action items were dealt with per agreements. Processed expense reports, and provided general information to incoming calls regarding accounts payable, purchasing and expense reporting. Performed general office duties, and provided additional administrative support as needed.
