Daily Duties at Pacific Pulmonary Services:

• Drive sales results by demonstrating a commitment to world class sales, customer service and operations for two sales/support locations. • Hire, coach, and develop high performance Account Executives and operational support using standardized coaching and selling procedures to drive sales and revenue growth. • Maximize sales district profitability by increasing sales, controlling expenses, and effectively managing staff. • Prepare employee performance evaluations and give salary recommendations for Operations Managers, Account Executives and staff in the district. • Respond to patient and referral source concerns and questions, resolving issues appropriately. • Conduct all sales and operations activities within full compliance of government/payer regulations, and company policies.
