Daily Duties at Sprint:
As an Associated Negotiator I conducted Requests for Proposal from start to finish to include: Identification of candidates with at least 10% diverse participation; distribution, collection, and tracking of RFP’s; review and analysis of proposals; final negotiation of contract. Negotiation of service agreements. Maintained contract compliance to assure all parties were adhering to the terms of the contracts. Work with corporate attorneys and legal analysts to establish contract content. Assist senior Negotiators with extremely complex proposal initiatives. As an Agreements Coordinator, worked high level complex contracts with two Senior Negotiators. During this time I created an RFP scoring system in excel utilizing macros.
