Designed, implemented, and supported enterprise information technology networks infrastructure projects such as data centers, branch networks, and new technology integration. Led project planning, risk mitigation, and implementation following ITIL and PMP Process Models. Identified and evaluated hardware selection, negotiating procurement process and implementing staging and configuration processes. Authored installation, testing, and support methods and procedures.
