Daily Duties at Network Dynamics:

Led daily operations of Enterprise Network Operations Center and Managed Service Center while managing technical assistance center comprised of eight support engineers and 15 Managed Service Center operators. Reviewed and assisted with all technical escalations, providing high-level support for both internal and external clients. Integrated Enterprise Network Operations Support Center by implementing network management system tools and identifying / hiring Tier I / II / III personnel. Developed training and troubleshooting methodologies utilized by personnel to fulfill customer requirements. Constructed field network of over 300 Authorized Service Providers with greater than 2,000 field technicians. Organized internal infrastructure supporting 11,000 enterprise service dispatches per year and developed logistics services encompassing full lifecycle support for both manufacturer supported and customer-managed contracts.
