Daily Duties at Global Cargo System Ltd.:

Responsible for payroll, A/P, A/R, G/L, collections, reconciliation of statements, preparation of consolidated reports and Monitoring cash flow and allocation of expenses, cost control and analysis of job wise cost. Assist in inter-company activity and global accounting consolidation process which includes elimination entries, transfer pricing, and foreign currency translation. Preparation of Balance Sheet consolidation of difference divisions, including adjusting and re-classifying entries, development and maintenance of account analysis and reconciliation process. Preparing annual budget for ensuring orderly execution of the needs related to the account and serving as one of the control mechanisms to compare planned receipts and disbursements with the actual activities. Perform monthly G/L close processes, including preparing journal entries and analyzing variances and fluctuations, ensuring that month-end close process provides timely and accurate financial reporting. Prepare management and MIS reporting schedules Analyze current processes for process improvements and automation opportunities prepare and implement recommendations to increase efficiencies.
