Surveyed, estimated & coordinated earth-moving/dredging projects for levees and revetment channel construction in Louisiana. Conducted soil compaction tests, supervised grass seeding and gravel road construction. Produced and documented government quality control reports, production and cost reports, government safety and accident reports.
