Created comprehensive EHS procedure manual consistent with ISO and GMP documentation requirements and completed process-hazard analysis within six months to meet regulatory deadlines. Prepared and submitted Federally Enforceable Operating Permit that avoided regulatory Title V constraints in plant-wide expansion.
