Daily Duties at The Business Investment Group:
Established company policies and implemented company goals at the direction of the CEO. Directed the priorities and tasks for a staff of twenty-five professional employees. Managed off-site public sewer and water expansion projects to serve increased demand from company developments. Managed all company insurance policies, employee benefit programs, and personnel issues. Directed the due diligence, planning and design, acquisition, engineering, preparation of construction documents, bidding, permitting, and construction management of projects with a value in excess of 50 million dollars. Represented the company in all legal matters including: preparation of contracts, formation of legal entities and dispute resolution.
