Daily Duties at Sodexho Marriott Services:
Clinical dietitian, dietary teachings for diabetics, cardiac, renal, hepatic, and weight management patients. Screened patients for dietary needs, and answered doctor consults for tube feedings, TPN's, and other patient dietary care needs. I was in charge of the dietary staff who worked the food tray line, patient menus, and general kitchen staff.
