Daily Duties at Merck And Co. Inc.:
As a specialty representative, I was in charge of the migraine product, Maxalt, for which I called on neurologists and primary care physicians. I collaborated with 6 reps in 6 different territories, throughout Las Vegas, and Northern California. Eventually, my role was expanded to the specialty of Urology, for which I promoted Proscar to Urologists. As a professional representative, I promoted 5 products including: Maxalt, Zocor, Cozaar/Hyzaar, Vioxx, and Prinivil. I called on primary care, cardiologists, neurologists, and endocrinologists. During this time I also acted as meeting coordinator.
