Daily Duties at Fultran, Inc.:
Financial reporting presenting results to management monthly in an intensive atmosphere explaining all material variances as well as budget variances. Responsible for all credit approval or denial decisions. Reviewed daily A/AR aging attempting to predict potential problems and negotiating with accounts that appeared unable or unwilling to pay. Days sales outstanding were reduced by 25% as a result of my supervision of the aging. Daily supervised staff to assure myself and management that jobs were running smoothly and that employees were completing their tasks, the results of these were reported to management at different times during the year. Conducted all banking relationships, funding of the business and negotiations with bank for overadvances when necessary to assure ourselves that the business would run uninterupted for that day.
