Daily Duties at Eastern Express, Inc.:

Financial reporting and analysis reporting results and situations to owner in monthly meetings explaining significant variances from budgeted amounts and prior years activity. Supervised and trained 5 individuals, trained accounts payable clerk, accounts receivable clerk, and two billing clerks. I also promoted and trained a billing clerk to a settlement supervisor, the promotion process involved intensive training on a new software package and as a result of promoting this settlement clerk out check writing went down over 60% with attendant bank charges to process checks. As a result of her promotion she further streamlined the process, recruited more owner operators to switch to an internet based payment service. Had extensive daily responsibility with out banking relationships and lender relationships, sometimes requesting and convincing the lender to lend more then what was contractually allowed. These temporary over advances allowed our business to operate for that day. Supervised staff daily to assure myself and management that work was being completed within company policies. This daily supervision resulted in tight compliance with company policies and made for a very efficient work ennvironment. List everything
