Daily Duties at Sappo School Research Center:
Designed, installed and configured the network using Cisco 2900 and catalyst 2960 series. Established VLAN for administrative and educative departments, configured ACL and VPN. Managed user and group policy with Windows SBS. Cisco IOS Content Filtering, White Lists and Zone Based Firewall settings with TrendMicro. Monitored system functionality and maintained the network at a high level of efficiency. Performed disc imaging for all network nodes/domains using Symantec GSS. Maintain records of daily data communication transactions and event log tracking. Maintained the ticketing system and remote monitoring using OSTicket, GFIMax. Provided technical assistance and support to all users, clients, students, faculty in the use of hardware and software. Established requirements for new systems and hardware modifications and was responsible for the budget and purchasing. Configured EIGRP, maintained the network using TCP/IP Utilities. Trained all staff in the use of new software projects. Purchased, evaluated and implemented software for SIS. Implemented Online Backup and Secured Data 100% - with no data loss.
