Created strategic demographic marketing plans, analyzing and targeting client ROI initiatives to increase sales and track progress against goals. Consistently received excellent performance reviews based on amount of sales, prospects generated, contracts closed and new employee’s trained. Results driven ability to identify key decision makers, understand their needs and building lasting relationships. • Consistently achieved 150% of a $23,000 Monthly New Business Goal through lead generation, prospecting, cold- calling, and contract negotiation.
