Provided operational leadership and management for this correspondent lender in 40 states and specializing in loans for purchase and refinance of residential properties. Designed and analyzed print and internet advertising campaign to maximize lead generation. Worked with corporate and executive-level managers to establish, track and monitor short and long term goals and objectives.
