Daily Duties at Nrb Industries, Inc.:
Directed normal plant operations. (280 employees and staff ) Involved closely with RiverBend Plant and Radford Plant in Virginia, improving production processes. Responsible for all manufacturing aspects of three (3) plants, Beavertown Weaving, PA, Riverbend Plant, VA, and Radford Plant, VA. ( 800 to 1,200 employees and managers ) Directed three (3) Plant Managers, Information Systems, Corporate Personnel, and Production Staff at each location. Directed and improved efficiencies in several types of processes, Air-Jet Wearing, Water-Jet Weaving, Sulzer Shuttle, Warping, Slashing, Inspection, Warehousing, and Shipping.
