Daily Duties at Central Bridge Group:
• Full service consulting for logistics and rail companies. • Trained rail crews with Amtrak in GCORE, AAR, FRA railroad regulations. While maintaining rail safety through remote testing and on-site checks. • Oversight for rail operations, re-engineering rail shipping for clients such as ExxonMobil and World Minerals. • Implemented regional planning for 72 hour forecasting of inventory control using Oracle 11i Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. • Planned and implemented systems for rail management and billing for both Union Pacific and BNSF railroads, along with Hazardous billing using EDI systems. • Negotiated rail leases for rail cars. Forecasted and tracked repairs for entire fleet of rail cars for World Minerals and Exxon Mobil with GATX Services. • Coordinated onsite repair crews including re-stenciling rail cars and repair of tank cars. Worked with demurrage and client billing for on-time delivery of rail cars and intermodal trucks.
