Daily Duties at Radac Corporation :
Recruited by the Director of Branch Operations of a $10M automotive manufacturing company to improve operations in a 100,000 square foot distribution and transportation facility. Managed transportation operations 35 trucks, 3rd party LTL, administration, and customer service. Responsible for $1M P&L, develop budgets, CapEx planning, sales collaboration to drive revenue. Oversee 38 employees and $500K in inventory and vehicle assets to drive process improvement, control costs, and comply with OSHA & company safety standards. Deployed 5S methods while leading high-level, cross-functional teams of warehouse and transportation supervisors to drive accuracy in order picking and loading.
