Daily Duties at Iron Mountain Information Management :
Recruited by Vice President of a $3B information management company to oversee manufacturing plant, logistics, and supply chain functions. Maximize manufacturing and distribution efficiency of specialized paper product line for multi domestic and international in product processing mills. Forecast and order production and shipment of over 1M unit/tons per month. Utilize Lean methodology principles to maximize production and achieve targets. Regularly self audit to comply with internal and 3rd party announced and unannounced auditing. Manage ongoing process improvements utilizing Six Sigma methodologies. Collaborates with sales and project management teams as Subject Matter Expert to drive revenue. Provides ongoing operational process analysis, mitigates transportation bottle necks, communicates project statuses, and identifies/resolves operational issues and constraints. Manages document destruction and transportation assets, progress, completion timeframes, and budgets while exceeding key operational performance targets.
