Analyzed field office procedures and processes in 72 locations, making recommendations for improvements. Evaluated employees’ performance, made recommendations to change training procedures in the areas of auto travel,cashiering, DMV and underwriting which led to various time and money saved in all offices. Increased quality and efficiency standards by maintaining high accuracy and quantity of work produced while supervising the activities of underwriting service representatives. Also, performed duties of D.O. Underwriter when he was absent. Interfaced extensively with sales representatives interpreting and advising on underwriting rules and regulations assuring high caliber work. Prepared monthly reports to the main office operations and accounting departments providing operating expense information.
