Daily Duties at Philips Semiconductors:

Administer the Service Awards program for Philips Semiconductors North America. Support Director HR Administration, maintaining his schedule, making travel arrangements, and consolidating weekly progress reports from managers of Compensation, Benefits, HRIS and Payroll. Create PowerPoint presentations, training materials, and prepare reports for directors and Vice President of HR. Responsible to keep HR suite running; working with facilities to ensure equipment maintenance, order supplies and equipment as needed, and coordinating workload of assisting administrative and temporary personnel.
