Oversaw and led 34 staff therapists, 2 supervisors, Pulmonary Function, and Bronchoscope Lab. Supported department director in all aspects of daily operations including reviewing and updating policies and procedures. Acted as interim department director as needed. Assisted 1st year medical residents with acclimating to all modalities of respiratory care. Maintained compliance with all state and federal regulations.
