Daily Duties at Csb School Of Broadcasting:
Primary duties included recruiting of students for 3 trimesters per year, training staff, supervisor of all aspects of school operations from staffing to enrollment, payroll, curriculum development, budgeting, marketing and student placement. As director, increased enrollment from 13 Full-Pay students per trimester to 24 Full-Pay students per trimester. Also increased placement of graduates from 4% to 34% in 6 months by building relationships with local employers. Leader of a staff of 3 as well as an adjunct faculty of 15 local broadcast professionals. Hosted weekly Studio Tour presentations and interviewed potential students as well as arranged financing for some students.
