Daily Duties at Us Army:
Duties: LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT: Operation Manager of a Bulk Petroleum Supply Company, advised the unit commander on 206 employees, to include duty assignments, awards, recreation activities, equal opportunity matters, promotions, leaves, pay issues and awards. Developed new procedures and policies that improved overall condition and quality of life for employees work environment and living quarters. Created leadership program for the organization that enhanced the professional development of over 70 Noncommissioned Officers. Served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to an upper level Executive Commander, providing guidance and advise for over 400 employees. Coordinated directly with higher headquarters, ensuring health, moral, and discipline of all employees were strictly enforced
