Daily Duties at Telcordia Technologies Inc.:
• Instrumental in the generation of $270K Revenue in a 3-month period via the following activities: Analysis, Contractual Resource, Instructional development, Conduct Train-the-Trainer (T3) sessions, troubleshooting and on-site coaching.• Manage the Instructional Process and Delivery of proprietary software systems for multiple corporations.• Develop and Present new workshop outside of the organizations planned scope that generated an additional $60K with an 86% profit margin. • Conduct extensive training programs on-site (at customers location) for clients in support of the implementation of their business processes.• Manage the customization of course content based on client requirements, in addition to the integration of business applications and network architecture.• Create detailed documentation and procedures for the integration of the organization’s existing systems.• Responsible for all aspects of client training, scheduling activities and staff commitments, facilitating meetings, managing deadlines and budget.• Create Design, Coordinate content for Web Based Training, Computer Based Instruction and Interactive e-learning.
