Daily Duties at Mformation Technologies:
• Manage training for Global Customers in Proprietary systems, Sales, New Hire and Internal Development Training in Wireless Device Management and WIMAX Deployment. • Provide the following Services: Analysis of Customer Requirements; Contractual Resource, Instructional development, Conduct Train-the-Trainer (T3) and troubleshooting sessions, as well as conduct and or coordinate on-site coaching. Managed deployment Engineers for technical training assignments. • Develop and Deliver (10 to 25 end-users) Curriculum for The Device Management software systems to Major Global Enterprise Providers. • Design Blended Learning Agendas for Customers. • Coordinate annual Training Seminars for Engineering and Deployment staff. • Conduct extensive training programs on-site (at customers location) for clients in support of the implementation of their business processes. • Manage the customization of course content based on client requirements, in addition to the integration of business applications and network architecture. • Schedule Installation Support activities and staff commitments, facilitate deployment meetings. • Design, Coordinate content for Web Based Training and Computer Based Instruction. • Test new software features
