* Manage the day to day operations of a 79 room Marriott Hotel, and a 49 room Boutique Hotel. * Manage all aspects of a Boutique Hotel that specialized in high class service and accommodations. * Oversaw associate development and promotion for our departments. * Supervise, hire, train, develop, and coach 4 different department managers and oversee a staff of 47 persons. * Create, implement, and achieve hotel budget. * Develop management and staff programs to increase guest satisfaction. * Review, comply with, and enforce brand standards and procedures including compliance with federal, state and . local laws (OSHA, EEOC). * Forecast business revenues and performance wile managing hotels wide expenses and labor in order to achieve budget profit margins.
