Daily Duties at Archon Hospitality:

* Supervise, hire, train and manage all associates. * Develop management and staff programs to increase guest satisfaction. * Institute, monitor and incorporate all Marriott, Windham, and Hilton Brand Standards, programs, policies, and procedures. * Manage the day to day operations of different brand hotels (Marriott, Hilton, Choice and Windom). * Create, implement, and achieve hotel budget. * Forecast business revenues and performance wile managing hotels wide expenses and labor in order to achieve . budget profit margins. * Provide solid booking pace through sales initiatives and contract negotiations. * Working daily to ensure customer service is elevated and exceeding customers expectations. * Work with Managers to ensure operations of the outlets and areas of the Hotel coincided with hotel objectives, and corporate policies.
